Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns. However, refunds or replacements may be provided under the following conditions:

• Damaged Product:
  • Package is torn or damaged
  • Item is broken
• Wrong Item Delivered:
  • You received a different item than what you ordered
  • Completely incorrect product delivered
• Spoiled or खराब Food:
  • Unpleasant or bad smell
  • Poor taste or quality
  • Expired or stale product
• Missing Items:
  • Some items are missing from your order
• Packaging Issues:
  • Seal is broken
  • Product is leaking

If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
