Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RASOKART FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering your fresh food products in the best condition and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines below.

1. Delivery Areas

  • Perishable Items (Milk, Meat, Fresh Fruits): Currently delivered only within Jaipur City limits to ensure freshness.
  • Non-Perishable Items (Grains, Honey, Dry Snacks): Shipped Pan-India via our courier partners.

2. Shipping Charges

Charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery distance:

  • Local Delivery (Jaipur): Free delivery on orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat fee of ₹40 applies.
  • Outstation Delivery: Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout based on your Pincode.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Jaipur Orders: Same-day or Next-day delivery (within 24 hours).
  • Outside Jaipur: 3 to 7 business days depending on the location.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility at 74, UDHYOG VIHAR, VKI Area, Jaipur.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or Email containing the tracking link. You can also track your order status in the "My Account" section of our website.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failure

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery a maximum of 2 times. If the customer is unreachable or the premises are locked:

  • For perishable items: The order will be canceled with no refund (as the food will spoil).
  • For non-perishable items: The product will be returned to our warehouse, and a re-shipping fee may apply.

6. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If you find that the package is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and immediately contact our customer support at support@rasokartfoods.store.
